David Cox is a founding partner of Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas, the association of the RNG industry in North America. RNG Coalition members capture fugitive methane from waste and generate carbon-neutral and carbon-negative renewable energy, including gas, electricity, and hydrogen. Under Cox’s leadership, RNG Coalition, which includes many of the largest energy companies in the world, has grown to a national and increasingly international leader in the advancement of renewable natural gas. He is widely recognized for his leadership in RNG law, policy and market development.
