March 22, 2023. NGVAmerica announces the appointment of Rochelle Neal as Manager, Finance, Operations & Member Solutions effective immediately. In this role, she serves as NGVAmerica’s primary membership troubleshooter and billing officer. She also supports all office, event, and board meeting functions.
Neal joins NGVAmerica after a twenty-three-year career of national trade association management in the light-duty transportation sector. She began her professional career as a legal assistant at two major Washington, DC area law firms.
A native of suburban Maryland, Ms. Neal and her husband – an area commercial fleet supervisor and longtime CDL holder – are the proud parents of a daughter, herself an accomplished scholar athlete equestrian.
